I think the Lottery is bad because of the plot, murder and the strange culture. The lottery is about how people draw names out of a black box to decide who the chosen one to be stoned is. The reason they do the stoning is for the crops, they believe that if you stone someone, and shed blood that it will help the crops grow good. Another reason that I do not like this story is that innocent people are killed for crops. I don’t like how they have children involved in the e stoning, because sometimes I’m sure they don’t want to stone someone like there friends or there siblings, or even there parents. The last reasons I don’t like this story is because I have never heard of this or the story. Also because it is not a common story that doesn’t have very many happy things in it. So that is the reasons I do not like the plot, murdering, and the strange culture.
